UAB „Lukšių tekstilė“ provides stitching services by multi-needle bed stitcher machines (experience – 18 years) for the fabrics of 140-310 cm width and for the nonwoven fabrics of thickness from 40 g/m² to 350 g/m². There is a possibility of using third layer stitching of fliselin which is used as a backing and it stops the migration of nonwoven fabric on the textile.

Using our equipment there is no possibility to stitch only the fabric or only the synthetic bat. The stitched semi-manufactured fabric is suitable for producing clothes (stitched backings and/or top fabric for jackets, vests, coats) as well as for furnishing and producing their supplements (stitched mattresses, pillows, wraps, antimattresses and so on).

Generally, “Serafil” yarns (120/3) made by German company “Amann” or other parallel armoured yarns made by other companies are used in the stitching production. There are about 40 different colors of yarns in store.

Due to the different factors that effect the price like colors of stitching yarn, the weight and thickness of synthetic bat or other soft fabric as well as the weave of stitching (the number of needles) the price of stitching is agreed on price with a client in every case of ordering for stitching.

Many stitching weaves are available (look at catalogue) and according to the patterns examples given by client if they are standard which means that certain marginal measurements according to appropriate arrangement of needles and having possibility to compose stitched pattern program, which computer could accept.

Nominal order for stitching is 10 meters, but then additional charges of “small order” are counted. For the order from 100 meters, the price is counted only for the stitching rail meter.

The client should deliver the fabric or soft nonwoven fabric for stitching. Upon your request we can provide nonwoven fabric. Material is stitched according to requested stitching pattern and pre-assorted yarns.
